General Information

coverReserving Appointments

A valid Visa or Master Card or your gift card number is required at time of booking to secure all reservations.

To secure your preferred appointment dates and times, we advise you to book at least two to three weeks in advance. For a large group or party with multiple services, please give us four to six weeks’ notice to avoid disappointment. Evening and Saturday appointments often book three months in advance.

Service times are approximate and may vary.
Prices, policies and services are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations

As your service is a one-on-one experience and time is reserved just for you, we respectfully ask for 24 business hours’ notice to cancel or move a single service, and 48 business hours to move or cancel multiple bookings or party reservations. Please understand that the individual securing the appointment(s) with a credit card will be charged 50% of each service price if the appointments are changed or cancelled without the minimum notice. No shows will be charged 100% of each service price. We call to confirm reservations 24 hours in advance for a single service, and 48 hours in advance for all multiple or group services. ALL CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES MUST BE DONE VIA PHONE.  NO EMAILS OR TEXTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Check-In

To avoid disappointment, please be on time. Late arrivals will result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment with applicable fees. Please check in 15 minutes prior to your appointment in order to fill out or update our consultation form.

Children

In consideration of other guests’ comfort and relaxation, as well as your own, we ask that you not bring infants or toddlers into the spa, but that you plan child care elsewhere during your visit. For liability reasons, children (aged 5 and older) receiving services must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. We understand that there are last minute circumstances where a guest must bring a child; however, any disruption of others’ relaxation by a child will result in the service being terminated and charged full price.

Payment Options

We accept Interac direct payment, Visa, MasterCard, travelers’ cheques and cash. A Visa or MasterCard is required to secure all reservations. Prices listed are in Canadian dollars, and do not include GST.

Location and Parking

We are located in Grosvenor Park Center next to The Great Canadian Bagel. There is free parking within feet of our front door.

Please help us preserve a tranquil environment by lowering your voice and turning off your cell phone. We have a smoke-free facility.

Health Information

It is important for your health and safety that the information you provide is complete and accurate. This information is confidential and is viewed only by your service provider. Your service provider must be aware of any skin conditions, medications and allergies in order to give you the best and safest service possible.

Please refrain from waxing or shaving 24 hours before your body treatment or pedicure service. Shaving can leave microscopic cuts in skin and waxing can leave pores open, rendering the skin more sensitive and prone to irritation.

Health Insurance Coverage

All massages are performed by estheticians and therefore may not be covered by insurance. Please check with your insurance company.

Gratuties

Gratuities are appreciated at your discretion.  Gratuities may be left at the front desk and will be directed to your service provider.

Gift Cards

The value of a gift card may be used for any service or product.  A gift card for a particular service can be spent on any service or product you choose, but cannot be redeemed for cash. Remainders on gift cards may be applied toward future services or used to purchase retail products. Gift cards do not include gratuities and cannot be used as such.

Return Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If there is a problem with an item, please bring it back with your receipt for a full refund. Please note that once opened, skin care, makeup and body care products cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. All sale items are final sale.

What to Wear

We want you to be comfortable. If you are enjoying a massage or a facial, you can keep your undergarments on. Your service provider is trained to drape sheets and towels discreetly to protect your privacy at all times. Please bring flip-flops or open-toed sandals to wear home after pedicures, as your polish will be set but not dry when you leave.

Alcohol Policy

As our spa is focused on services that promote health and well-being, therefore we do not serve alcohol. We do serve fruit-infused water, herbal teas, smoothies, and an Oligomer cocktail rich in replenishing minerals. And for our die-hard coffee fans, regular and specialty coffees are also served.
